We are a creative commercial multimedia studio located in downtown Cleveland, OH specializing in CGI, photography, and video. We pride ourselves on our outstanding ability to tackle almost any project thrown our way. The work here is never dull ranging from product imagery to animations to commercial video and TV!
We need a highly motived CGI Project Manager who can thrive in our fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Organizational, communication and learning skills are a must! You will work closely with our team of CGI artists and the CGI supervisor to facilitate studio projects from estimating to completion.
Main Job Duties:
- Schedule and coordinate flow of work within CGI department which includes estimating, assigning, tracking and invoicing projects- Work closely with the CGI Supervisor to make sure all of the department needs are being met on a daily basis- Be the primary point of contact between clients and the TRG team after estimate approval- Maintain various databases and spreadsheets associated with both the studio and client side of operations- Review, with the help of the CGI Supervisor, all client-facing proofs and final deliverables to ensure high quality and client expectations- Work with the Studio Project Manager and Studio Producer as well as other internal clients on projects both in the CGI department and in Photo and Video departments- Communicate scope of work to team and work with the team to meet and exceed client desires- Maintain professional decorum in all client-facing correspondences and communications
- Bachelors or equivalent experience- High-level motivation and organization skills as well as the ability to adapt to ever-changing projects and schedules- Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel; Knowledge of excel formula writing and Microsoft Access is plus but not required- Assertive team player who can maintain a high level of professionalism- Excellent communication skills including writing and speaking- Experience in marketing, agency work, or creative project management
